Vlad’s Tips for Teachers and Parents:

1. Being able to take a risk and be vulnerable has enormous potential within the classroom. Be open to exploring an uncertain future. Ask unknown questions.
2. Playfulness and wonder are elements that will shift a person’s mindset. This allows kids to express themselves.
3. Highlight multiple perspectives. Try to understand the life experience of other people and bring that into your teaching. Remember, understanding someone’s experience doesn’t mean you agree with it.
