This shift allows us to diversify topics, dig deeper into insights, and strengthen connections between creativity research and educational practice. Co-hosts Matthew Worwood and Cyndi Burnett engage with leading voices in the field, reflecting on emerging trends and evolving conversations. As our podcast continues to grow, we remain committed to exploring new ideas and fostering meaningful discussions on creativity in education.

about the season

Season 6, released in Spring 2023, featured 10 interviews recorded during the 2022/2023 academic year, offering a diverse collection of conversations on creativity. As it premiered just months after OpenAI released ChatGPT 3.5, the season opened with creativity researcher Janet Rafner, who explored AI co-creativity and computational creativity.

This season also welcomed the return of English headmaster Dr. Kulvarn Atwal, a guest from Season 1, bringing fresh insights into creative leadership in education. Another emerging theme was the relationship between emotion and creativity, highlighted in episodes featuring Dr. Zorana Ivcevic Pringle and one of the podcast’s most inspiring stories of leadership, shared by Dr. Salome Thomas-EL.
