The Fueling Creativity in Education Podcast began with a format of 10 interviews and two debriefs each season, and has since expanded to 12 episodes, including four debriefs and a special feature connecting insights to emerging scholarly research. Each season typically introduces something new to the show—whether it’s a fresh format, new voices, or a theme relevant to teaching creativity and creative teaching. Through this evolution, co-hosts Matthew Worwood and Cyndi Burnett remain committed to bridging creativity research with classroom practice.

Season Four of the Fueling Creativity in Education Podcast dives deep into the individual side of creativity and what it means to unlock human potential. Across 10 episodes—featuring inspiring researchers, educators, and innovators—this season highlights personal journeys, practical strategies, and powerful ideas that connect directly to creative growth in education.
For the first time, we welcomed two guests in one episode, expanding the conversation and perspectives shared with our listeners. We also tackled the challenging yet vital topic of failure with returning guest Ron Beghetto, joined by Laura McBain, in a powerful discussion on the emotional side of creativity. Ron’s episode marked another first for the podcast: our first returning guest.
